For all properties located in the Beach Haven Historic District, any modifications made must be approved by the Historical Preservation Advisory Commission (HPAC). This includes historic, non-historic, and new structures – all buildings within the district are subject to approval. With several HPAC approved projects, we can consult with you on appropriate design components and acceptable materials. We can provide design sketches for the informal HPAC design review meeting, presentation drawings to submit for official HPAC approval, and work with the committeeto best achieve your goals while preserving the historic aspects of the district.
